TYPE OF GOODS STORED

1. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OR SUBSTANCES: You are not allowed store ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OR SUBSTANCES
2. FLAMMABLE MATERIALS OR SUBSTANCES: You are not allowed store ANY FLAMMABLE MATERIAL, FIREWORKS OR GAS
3. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: You are not allowed store ILLEGAL MATERIAL, SUBSTANCES OR PROHIBITED GOODS
4. FOODSTUFFS: You are not allowed store PERISHABLE FOODSTUFFS OR LIQUIDS or any type of RUBBISH
5. HOUSEHOLD GOODS: You are allowed store HOUSEHOLD GOODS, MACHINERY AND SHOP STOCK

Ownership of goods

1. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS: You are confirming by your signature that you are the OWNER OF THE GOODS STORED and have a legal title to the goods stored

payment for storage

1. PAYMENT TO STORAGE 4 U LTD: Rental of storage space is paid one calendar month in advance at monthly price quoted. A deposit of €50 may be required which will be refunded on termination provided the storage unit is undamaged. Storage 4 U Ltd may quote you a discounted rate for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months rental period provided the full amount for the term is paid in advance
2. IDENTIFICATION: Identification from customers is required and will be a driving license or passport
3. LIABILITY: Storage 4 U Ltd is not liable for any loss or damages to the goods stored
4. TERMINATION: On termination of contract any deposit will be refunded subject to the storage container being inspected and not damaged. You will be refunded within 14 days of termination and removal of goods immediately on termination. Any days in excess of the monthly period rented will be charged at 1/30th of the monthly rent and can be deducted from the deposit.
5. INDEMNITY: When you hire one or more storage containers you must indemnify Storage 4 U Ltd and its officers or employees against claim or action or proceedings brought against us arising out of, or in connection with any dispute as to the ownership or legality of the goods you stored
6. ACCESS: The site with the containers will be accessible 6 days per week as follows - Monday - Friday    8:30 am to 5:00 pm  // Saturday       8:30 am to 2:00 pm //  Sunday        Closed
7. SUITABILITY OF STORAGE: Under no circumstances do we guarantee that the unit rented is suitable for the storage of the goods which you select. All goods stored are at the customer's risk.
8. LOCKS & KEYS: The customer will be the only person allowed to hold the key(s) to the storage unit. You can use your own padlock, or one purchased from Storage 4 U Ltd. The customer cannot alter the locking mechanism of the storage unit.
9. INSURANCE: It is the customers' responsibility to arrange their own insurance for the goods that they store in the storage unit
10. LIENS ON GOODS: In the event of default of payment by the customer to Storage 4 U Ltd we reserve the right hold any deposit paid and to dispose of the goods stored to offset the loss in rent paid. Any funds left over will be refunded to the customer.
11. CONTRACT: There is no implied contract whereby Storage 4 U ltd acts as a landlord or the customer acts as a tenant. The contract between the parties is for the rent of a storage unit for a specified period and no other rights are conferred.
